Dr. Weider has worked and trained since 1985 to build a successful practice that meets and exceeds your expectations of trusted, personalized dental care.
He brings to his patients the best that dentistry has to offer by keeping himself and his staff informed on the latest advances and techniques in the field.
Since receiving his B.S. from Duke University in 1984 and his DMD from the University of Florida in 1988, Dr. Weider has stayed up-to-date on newest developments in his field through numerous hours of continuing education, including the Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Study curriculum, implant training and courses in advanced cosmetic dentistry.
He is a member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association and the South Florida District Dental Association, and is a Fellow in the Academy of General I Dentistry.
Dr. Weider is also the current president-elect of the Dade County Dental Research Clinic and former co-chairman of the General Dentistry Section of the Dade County Dental Research Clinic.

Andrea has been a dental assistant for over 18 years and has worked with Dr. Weider since 1992. she enjoys Biking, Exercising and Yoga. She is also a Florida licensed Massage Therapist.
Irina has been a Dental Hygienist since 1996. She received her education at the Forsythe School for Dental Hygienists in Boston, Mass. For 10 years, she worked in the Boston area and moved to Florida in May 2006. She loves her job and here in sunny Florida, she enjoys it even more!
Nathalia has been with Aventura Dental Excellence since 1999. She has two daughters. Some of her hobbies are Salsa Dancing, Singing and Collecting Stamps.
Shirley has been a Dental Assistant and Front Desk Assistant with Aventura Dental Excellence since 1998. She is an avid reader and especially enjoys learning new things from her books.
